My little Yemenis in a real Canadian winter. They love it too. Our landlord (who wouldn't love him) has poured a rink in his back yard for our kids and takes them out to skate as often as they want or more. So Sarah is getting pretty good because she goes out the most. We'll have to get Emily out there so she's good on her skates when she goes skating with her class in February. Oh, by the way we are in the land of "no rental arenas" so I picked up some skates in the summer at a moving sale. Emily often refers to when she "used to live in Canada" and can't wait to visit (BC) one day.

Andrew and I are well. And Jonathan is squawking and squealing these days. It's lots of fun.....he usually wakes up with a smile.

Wish me well with housekeeping....one day at a time!

I love winter here in Saint John. Very reminiscent of Winnipeg this week. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't occasionally ask someone in the house (upstairs or downstairs) to keep Jonathan while I pick up the girls after school in the arctic weather.

I will figure this out. The blog was inaccessible for a while. It was being checked to make sure it wasn't advertising. I will try to make this work. Check it out. My new skill is attaching pictures to an email. I guess putting a picture on your blog isn't much different. Can you believe we have had Jonathan at home for 4 weeks already? Mom and Dad will be here this week to visit. Jonathan won't be a baby for long. We have been enjoying him, his diapers, burps, messes and smiles.

Count down to meet our new family member! Who guesses he/she will arrive on time? (Oct.4/08) Who guesses he/she will arrive during the next week? Diapers and wipes and bassinet await the grand arrival.
